• Delivery & Location Details: Delivery addresses, unit/floor details, landmark directions, and real-time GPS location during scheduled pickups, drop-offs, and rider tracking.
• Order & Garment Information: Selected laundry services (wash, dry, fold, press, dry clean), weight or item counts, special fabric care instructions, order notes, and transaction history.
• Payment Records: Transaction reference numbers, billing details, and payment method summaries. (Note: Credit/debit card numbers and e-wallet credentials are securely processed directly by our licensed payment gateways; we never store your raw banking or card numbers on our servers.)
• Technical & Usage Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, push notification tokens, and crash reporting logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for legitimate business and service purposes, including:

• Processing, washing, sorting, pressing, packaging, and delivering your laundry orders.
• Connecting your order with nearest partner laundry branches and assigning delivery riders for timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Sending push notifications, SMS alerts, and email confirmations regarding order status, rider arrival, and digital receipts.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and support tickets submitted through our apps or support page.
• Preventing fraudulent activities, unauthorized account access, and service misuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary information under strict operational guidelines with:

• Assigned Delivery Riders & Store Branches: Only the essential customer name, contact number, delivery address, and order instructions needed to fulfill collection and delivery.
• Authorized Service Providers: Secure payment gateways, cloud hosting infrastructure, and SMS notification gateways bound by data protection agreements.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: When required by Philippine law, court subpoenas, or authorized law enforcement requests.

5. Data Retention & Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access control, and encrypted database connections) to safeguard your data against accidental destruction, unauthorized alteration, or unlawful access.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, maintain active customer accounts, or satisfy statutory accounting and tax obligations.

In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

Upon verification, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed or anonymized within 30 business days, subject to regulatory retention laws.
